Busy. Busy. Busy.

While my brother and I are back from Wisconsin, we still have a ton of things on our "To Do" list. Dougie works 5 days out of the week, I'm working ahead in some school for next year, we've had two little visitors over at our house for 3 and a half days (Riley and Caroline), I'm working a few weeks this summer, and now I'm getting packed and ready to head off on a youth trip with the church! I am very excited and can't wait to make some more memories with friends.
Summer days keep me busy, so there isn't much time to sit down and write a post. I will try to get some written as soon as I have the time to put my thoughts together! :)
In the mean time I will leave you with just a few of my favorite pictures from our trip to Wisconsin! We miss the Romano family terribly and cannot wait to see them the next time we are all able to be together again!

A Little Break

Just waned to stop in and let everyone know that this week my grandparents are in town, and then Dougie and I leave on Friday....heading to Wisconsin for 11 days!!! We can't wait to see Abby and her family!!
There will be absence on my blog for a little bit, but I will be returning right away when I come back with pictures and more!! :)

On another note: I hope everyone had a excellent Mother's day! I certainly have been blessed with a wonderful mother. She does everything and anything she can for me. I will never forget the special times we have had together and the memories that we have made. I'm so thankful for the best mother!! My life would be so different without her, and I am so happy that I have her as my mom! I love you, Mom!

Uriah Samuel Gonzalez

Uriah Samuel was born 1 week and 3 days ago. I was so exited to get to hold him last night! I love newborn babies, and when you get to hold them when they are so small it makes it even better! =) Uriah is Malcolm's new little brother. I have posted several times on Malcolm, so everyone should know who he is!! ;) I'm looking forward to many more special times with my new little buddy and also many more sweet times with Malcolm! Even though Uriah is here and I am able to hold him, my little Malcolm will always be special to me!! :))

This picture Uriah's dad took with his phone, so I'm going to share some pictures that I had taken on my camera down below. :) Enjoy the new cuteness that has entered this world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know in my last post I said I would be back with pictures of the project I was doing...but since I had these cute pictures of Uriah, I figured it would be ok to share these first!!
Hope everyone has a happy Friday!!

Nora!!

Thursday, April 24th Nora Baker was born. She was born two weeks early weighing only 4 pounds 7 ounces. I wanted to make her a little hat to keep her warm.....I already had a pattern for a newborn hat, so I just went down a hook size and whipped up this adorable little hat! I can't wait to go see her and give it to her!

It's a tiny hat, but I know she will soon outgrow it!!!!!

I'm looking forward to watching Nora grow up into a sweet little girl!!

If you haven't already checked out her blog be sure to do so, as well as her Etsy shop!! I think you will love her adorable crocheted items!  I certainly do!! I'll leave both links below for everyone!! Be sure to stop by and take a look!!

Not So Wordless Wednesday =)

I have always liked looking at the "Wordless Wednesday" posts on blogs that I follow, but whenever I think "I'm going to do one of those", the pictures always need words to go along with them.  So I decided to instead of trying to make up a post that I could do without words, I would just to do a "Not So Wordless Wednesday" post. I've seen them before, so I won't be the only one that isn't able to post without words! ;)

The days when Malcolm comes over are the best!! I took the opportunity of getting some pictures with him while babysitting him recently!! I love his little smile in this one!! :)

Photo
I LOVE the time when he gets a serious face and snuggles with me!! I will miss these when he gets to the age where snuggles are no longer in the picture!! :(

Photo
On this particular visit he found our unopened jug of apple juice along side the refrigerator. The first time he found it, I had to go and get him because it was time to eat lunch; but later that afternoon he found it again and had a couple minutes of fun entertainment with it! So, of course, I grabbed my camera and snapped a couple of cute photos of him having fun!! :)

Love it!!!!

I was attempting to get a cute picture of my mom with Malcolm. In the midst of trying to get Malcolm to smile, he did this. And since this was the only picture I got, I wanted to post it. It is rather cute I think! :)
I am so glad that Malcolm and his parents go to our church so we are able to see him two to three times every week! We miss our little Malcy when he leaves our house, but we look forward to the next time he comes!! ;)
